Stretches and Exercises |

The goal of this program is to understand the various types of stretching strategies and their application in the work environment to reduce stress, muscle tension and avoid injury. Participants will understand the full range of stretches that address all areas of the body and learn the appropriate techniques to reduce the factors that may lead to injury or development of chronic conditions such as RSI, CTD or Carpel Tunnel Syndrome. This course is appropriate for all employees regardless of job description. |
