The goal of this program is to prepare individuals in the proper posture and typing position to avoid the chronic conditions associated with improper office ergonomic. The course includes a variety of ergonomic tips as well as exercises and stretches to improve circulation, relieve tension and improve posture. Individuals are instructed to check their posture and typing position to the course model and receive detailed information on the impact of poor habits on the muscular skeletal structure. |
