The goal of this program is to prepare management individuals to be proficient in Bill C-45 and their personal responsibility under this legislation. The course covers the fundamentals of safety management, roles, duties and responsibilities of management and the penalties associated with negligence or fraud. A key management course to establish ones competency as defined by the Health And Safety Act. |
