Back and Lifting Safety Training |

The goal of this program is to prepare individuals to utilize proper lifting techniques to avoid strain, compression or fracture injuries on the job. The course covers the basic understanding of the form and function of the skeletal muscular system and the possible injuries to the back resulting from improper lifting techniques. The individual will learn the proper lifting techniques and understand how this will minimize strain injuries, reducing down time, discomfort and increasing productivity. This course is considered essential to all workers due to the fact that back injury is the number one injury in the work place. |
