Introduction to PMP is an industry-standard Project Management program that prepares students to understand Project activities and resolve real-life business problems. Graduates from this program will become proficient managing project activities with the emphasis on business.
  OBJECTIVES This course provides an overview of Project Management and DEVLOP BASIC CONCEPTS OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN LIGHT OF PMBOK GUIDE. The participants will be oriented on Initiation, Planning, Execution, Control & Monitoring and Closing.

  PREREQUISITES Grade 12 or equivalent or mature student status (19 years of age or older).  An aptitude test may be required.
