Introduction to PMP is an industry-standard Project Management program that prepares students to understand Project activities and resolve real-life business problems. Graduates from this program will become proficient managing project activities with the emphasis on business.
OBJECTIVES: This course provides an overview of Project Management and DEVLOP BASIC CONCEPTS OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN LIGHT OF PMBOK GUIDE. The participants will be oriented on Initiation, Planning, Execution, Control & Monitoring and Closing.
