The goal of this program is to prepare individuals for a successful career in employee benefits administration. Students develop an expert knowledge of Group Benefits and Pension plans. Theoretical applications supplemented by real-world scenarios provide conceptual and practical understanding of employee benefits and pension administration. Graduates find employment in Human Resource and Payroll environments.
